Active ingredients: In addition to gypenosanols, sterols, sugars, and pigments, Gynostemma pentaphyllum has been isolated to date. 84 saponins have been isolated, including tetracyclic triterpenoid compounds, of which 4 saponins, namely Gyp-3, 4, 8, and 12, are synonyms with 4 ginsenosides, namely Gin-Rb1, Rb3, Rd, and F2. ; Its acid hydrolysis product is the same substance as the acid hydrolysis product of ginsenosides, namely ginsenodiol.
