INTRODUCTION

Grape Seed extract is extracted from the seed of the plant “Vitis Vinifera L.”, The Grape Seed Extract contains a lot of phenolic substance, which amount to 50%-70% in the total phenolic substance of the whole fruit. The phenolic substance can be classified into phenolic acids and flavonoids. The phenolic acids mainly include Hydroxy-cinnamic acid, Hydroxy-benzoic acid, Gallic acid and its derivative. The flavonoids mainly include flavonols, Anthocyanins, Flavanols etc. The flavanols and its oligomer etc. flavonoids are main polyphenols in Grape Seed Extract.

Among all ingredients in Grape Seed Extract, The monomers in Flavanols are catechin, epicatechin, and epicatechin-3-gallate. The polymerization of different monomers in Flavanols yeild and constitute Proanthocyanidins. According to degree of polymerization, the Proanthocyanidins are classified into OPCSs (Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins Complexes) and PPCs (Polymeric Proanthocyanidins). The bioactivity of OPCSs (Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins Complexes) is highest among Proanthocyanidins.

Our factory can remove allergen of Grape Seed Extract through a set of equipment’s including centrifugal machine, and controlling raw material of Grape Seed strictly to avoid aflatoxin, Furthermore our factory has a technology to get rid of aflatoxin in case of detection.

We can control monomers, oligomers as well as polymers in Our Grape Seed Extract, we tried to increase the polymer’s content which was regarded as the high effective part of the Grape Seed extract. We control all parameters to meet EP, USP, JP as well as food, beverage field.
