Yucca Schidigera-Extrakt

Die Blätter der Pflanze „Yucca Schidigera“ enthalten viele steroidale Saponine, darunter Sarsapogein, Smilagenin, Hecogenin, Saponin-freie, Glyco-Komponenten und Glycokomponenten, auch Oligosaccharide genannt; etwas Resveratrol und Polyphenole.

Yucca-Extrakt als Futterzusatz hilft, den Abbau von Harnstoff zu hemmen. Forschungsdaten zufolge kann Yucca-Extrakt den Ammoniakgehalt um etwa 30 % senken und die flüchtigen Verbindungen in den Ausscheidungen verringern, die schlechte Gerüche verursachen.
